Sally is formerly from Charlotte, NC and was a collegiate golfer at St. Andrews Presbyterian College. There she was captain of the women’s golf team and a memeber of the All-Conference team in 2008. She has worked with the EWGA as their golf programs administrator but always had a special place for junior golf in her heart. She’s thrilled to be closer to home and is working diligently to grow The First Tee of Columbia. “Please feel free to reach out to me anytime as I am here to work with you and your child to make this experience one of the best!”
Michael Chappell is the Program Director and hometown favorite. A former Division I collegiate golfer, Michael is currently a Level II PGA apprentice in the PGA program with goals to complete his training to be a PGA teaching and coaching professional. He is a TPI certified fitness professional and certified TPI junior coach. Michael has volunteered with The First Tee of Columbia for many years and has a unique connection with many of the young people. He’s a familiar face to the youth and parents alike and brings a rooted commitment to both Chapter and community. “I’m looking forward to working with you and your children and diving into the Nine Core Values as well as your golf game! If you ever have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email me anytime!” ~ Coach Mike
